ICF ACC accredited Coach with focusing on Executive, Team and High Performance Coaching.
Background as MSc. Psychologist and Educational Scientist, Operational Performance Consultant and Trainer in Service sector for serveral years, spending her last years on developing and delivering Communication and Leadership trainings globally. In the last 3 years with a clear HR focus as Manager for global Leadership Development
Currently working as strategic HR Partner for Organizational Development, Workforce Planning and Development& Coaching on top Executive level at a global engineering company with more than 18.000 employees worldwide.
Marita and Leadmentory are supporting Netzwerk Chancen in as HR Leader and Coach. Netzwerk Chancen is a non-profit and non-partisan platform. As a voluntary initiative, it campaigns throughout Germany for equal opportunities for children, adolescents and young adults from financially weak or non-academic families.
